 Participants gain essential job-seeking skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, professional appearance, and workplace expectations. 

 For those interested in self-employment, we provide hands-on business planning and certification to help women launch and grow their own ventures. 

 We teach foundational computer skills (like email, document editing, and spreadsheets) alongside personal finance knowledge to support employment and self-sufficiency.

 Each course includes soft skills training in communication, time management, teamwork, and problem-solving to help women thrive in any workplace.

 We guide women through career exploration, job applications, and navigating background checks—offering connections to reentry-friendly employers and job opportunities. 

 Through partnerships with workforce programs and local organizations, participants access apprenticeships, job fairs, mentorship, and continued support after class ends.
