Our Impact

 At EntrepreneuHER Reentry Program, we believe in the power of second chances. Our work centers on providing incarcerated and formerly incarcerated women with the education, tools, and support they need to take control of their future—through entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and workforce training. 

 Every woman we serve carries untapped potential. Many have never had access to real career training or the support to pursue their goals. We help change that by:

• Offering free access to industry-recognized certifications
• Rebuilding confidence through hands-on learning
• Preparing women for both employment and self-employment
• Supporting reentry with education, mentorship, and empowerment

 Our programs meet women inside local jails, in reentry housing, or during probation supervision. We focus on high-impact instruction, trauma-informed teaching, and building trust through compassion and consistency.

As we continue to grow, we’re building systems to track outcomes like:
